Shipping Policy
Your orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the name of the courier company and your tracking number.
Oil paintings are reinforced with wooden frame edges, wrapped in protective bubble paper, and shipped securely.
Sculptures are carefully wrapped in bubble paper, then placed in a box with foam or paper padding to ensure safe delivery.
Deliveries are made in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement and are completed within the legal period of 30 days from the order date.
Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and complete (including tags, accessories, and any complimentary items).
Products eligible for exchange can only be replaced with another product of equal value.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:
- If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, shipping costs will be covered by our company.
- For all other return requests, the shipping fee is borne by the customer.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, no additional cost will be charged if the product is returned via the courier company contracted with our firm.
Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days via the same payment method used during your original purchase.
